Packaging

The step of packaging and dispatch is an aspect fundamental for us of the transaction. 
Our goal is to deliver the ordered product in the shortest possible time and without any kind of drawback.

After confirmation of your order is then proceeds to check and inspection of the product in the case can be damage or defects. Once the integrity of the good one proceeds to the packaging using protective material which bubble wrap, foamed polyethylene, polystirene and cardboard boxes.

The Costauto srl uses material from recycled packaging (99%) because we care for our environment!!!

Shipping

At the end of the stage of packaging and labelling it proceeds to dispatch.
Let us entrust our products at different couriers, selected on the basis of various aspects such as the weight and dimensions of product, areas of delivery to optimize the more possible shipping. 
We use express couriers such as TNT, SDA, GLS that guarantee deliveries in 2-3 days and 4-5 days in remote areas or minor islands and carriers such Fercam Spa that has time to yield more but guarantee a 98% reduction of damage to whom we entrust bulky shipments and delicate as engine hoods.

Instructions to delivery
The possibility that an object is lost or damaged arrivals unfortunately exists but it is good to keep in mind that the Costauto will assist you in any way for the resolution of any problem.
It is however fundamental your collaboration at the time of delivery. It is necessary that before signing the acceptance of the pack, inspect the packaging and to record any fault found on the delivery note of the porter. Even a scratch on the outer carton, a recessed portion or raised can hide a damage of the product due to poor handling on the part of the postman. 
If the packaging has a great damage please refuse directly the delivery.
In any case please inform us within 48 hours the damage.
In this way you will help us to rivalerci on courier in case of damage from the moment that the 90 % of consignments are insured for the full amount.

Shipping Terms

Orders paid via paypal are shipped the next business day (if payment has been made within the hours 16:00) while in the case of payment by bank transfer, the products are shipped only at the moment in which we receive the communication of the "Payment" on the part of the bank.

Since in this case the time of dispatch of the products may extend, to accelerate the times we recommend that you send us via the copy of the receipt of the payment or receipt of transfer order.
The products are dispatched only to the address provided by the subject that has made the order.
